It doesn’t matter if you have not ran before or you are an toned and highly efficient athlete we are looking for a team of 5 to take on this adventure together. If you would like to run for us please go to our Bath Half page at to find out more.
Donate & Share a Message of Support
Why not donate some cash to help us on our way. Our aim is to raise £1000 and every penny really does count. Donating is quick and easy:
Text BATH13 £5 to 70070
or the amount you wish to donate - £1, £3, £5, £10 to 70070 e.g. BATH13 £20
Donate Online online via credit card or even set up a direct debit by going below:
Download a form and send us a cheque or make a payment to us via CAF at www.cafonline.org using your CAF account.
Alternatively you can give us money when you see us out about training.
Don’t forget to leave a message of support to keep us going in the dark, wet and cold winter months.
Give us Some Advice and Support
Have you got some advice or support you could offer on our adventure? If so please get in touch at run@transitionbath.org and let us know.
Why not spread the word and share our blog articles with your friends via facebook and twitter. In the meantime why not add a comment to our blog postings and get involved in the adventure at http://localrunningadventure.transitionbath.org/
Volunteer
We need people to help out on the day of the half marathon itself (3rd March 2013), either by volunteering on our stand or volunteering as marshal or helper (which gives us some cash). Of course we’d also love people out and about on the course offering cheers of support. If you would be interested in any of these please get in touch.
Thanks to Our Sponsors
A big thank you to our sponsors for making this happen and supporting us in our local adventureLet's go run is a social running group based in the heart of the beautiful city of Bath. We train together for local events such as the Roman 10K and the Bath Half, whilst also enjoying the social aspect of running as a group.
All sessions are taken by a UK Athletics qualified run leader.
See http://letsgorun.co.ukfor further details, or like us on facebook/letsgorunuk or follow us on twitter @letsgorunuk
ojosolutions have been a long standing supporter of Transition Bath and we would like to thank them for all their support and generous donation to sponsor the fee places for our runners and the cost of producing the t-shirts meaning all the monies raised go straight in to helping Transition Bath continue its work.

And of course a massive thank you to the Bath Half for accepting us as an official local charity for 2013.
